Reliance Foundry Co. Ltd., established in 1925 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, is one of the country’s oldest and most respected metal casting suppliers. In 2019, the company expanded its offerings with a new hardscape product line, featuring detectable warning plates, tree grates, and trench grates. Crafted from high-quality cast iron, these products are designed to endure harsh conditions with minimal maintenance. All hardscape products are proudly manufactured in the USA in adherence to the Buy American Act.

THE BRIEF

Reliance Foundry sought to modernize the slide decks used by their sales team. They required a customizable template that adhered to brand guidelines while ensuring visual cohesion, even after repeated updates. The design needed to effectively showcase their hardscape product line and maintain a professional yet engaging aesthetic.

THE APPROACH

I developed a clean, versatile template that balanced flexibility with brand consistency. The design incorporated Reliance Foundry’s color palette, typography, and branding elements to maintain alignment with their identity. To emphasize their hardscape products, I integrated high-quality images and dedicated sections for product features and benefits. The layout was intentionally structured to prioritize clarity and easy navigation, with placeholders and guidelines to help the sales team seamlessly update content while preserving the overall design integrity.
